Second to last day of this leg of my Camino , May24,  and it was only 20 kl long, getting spoiled by these short days, but its giving my broken toe a break, old motocross injury, funny how those crashes creep up on you later in life.
We left everyone and headed out, just John and I. Was a great day as it was pretty all the way, except for the albergue we will be in tonight, looks like a romantic version of a maximum security prison.
John and I walk together all the way, stopping for coffee at a cafe, then later at a river crossing to eat our ham and cheese sandwich.
I am starting to feel like the real pilgrimage is on the Francais route, this has been great, and a challenge, but my mind has been distracted, so I spoke with John and am changing my plans. After Santiago tomorrow ,I'm headed to France to St Jean du Port, to walk the Camino Francais, John will start the Camino Norte. I want to do one alone, something tells me that that is how its meant to be. John could use this time well as well. The routes are similar in length, about 800 kilometers, and join together at the end near Santiago de Compostela.
If we plan this right, we will be coming in to Santiago together and will then both do the Finistere Way and Muxia.
Tomorrow its back to a long haul again into Santiago, I need to address a few little things, then its off to France by train.
on the Way this morning
do it your own way I guess, notice the dog has the leash, not the goat
Ham, cheese and tomatoes on rustic bread, lunch at the river bridge
Going to dinner last night
                                                               Yum yum
Tonights lock up
Or thats what it looks like,,,,,,,,,,Pulpo Fiere for dinner
