May22nd, a medium walk from Redondela to Pontevedra's, but two large climbs on the way. We left at 8 am and headed for the first climb which took us high enough we got a great morning view of the Rio de Vigo estuary.

we timed it all wrong today and never made a coffee stop, walked all the way into our destination  without food, . got time to rest my feet on the Ponte Sampaio in the village of Arcade, this was the halfway point for today

After the second climb, I ran into some company here,they didn't say much,

So here I am , strolling along behind these farm animals and my iPod craps out and is now dead, I guess that's the Camino's way of making me be more present. So I start thinking about a business email I need to follow up on with Kevin, this note thing has me concerned a little, and into my head jumps " hakuna matata" ,,,,,,,,,,,really, hakuna matata ( don't have worries for the rest of your life). I like this, I must listen, even if it is only a kids movie. This is a Camino gift says I , and happily 'not quite' skip along with Leonard the girl elephant to the next break point.

We arrive in Pontevedra's and find a new Albergue which is really nice, collect clothes and use their laundry. Its about time as showering with your clothes on works once or twice, but every now and then, one needs a machine,  because I smell, fortunately, just like the other pilgrims. Its that initial , shirt over the head in the morning, that get you
